YES! I think I've got it down now! (at least for this specific one- I'm not COMPLETELY sure on how well I'd be able to with other backgrounds yet, but I feel a lot more confident with it now!)

That is actually really, really awesome! The only thing I'd suggest is making the lines thinner, save for the very outlines of the buildings. Looks awesome, though.
